Comment 1 :   Carl, Watch www.eBay.com. They do show up there occasionally. Also ask on the ThunderBirdNest.com site - you might find someone willing to part with their 02 boot. 
Comment 2 :   Or you can order one from your dealer or thru Fordsource.com. The T-bird boot that Ford has is the 03-05 style but fits the 02s - It folds in fourths; the 02 boot doesnt like to be folded.
