C1 :   Bob, The style of the Z3 solutions boot cover is totally different than the 03 Ford T-bird boot. It does not have any padding. 
C2 :   Its a soft vinyl and rolls up even smaller than the 03 boot. It snaps where the 03 boot does but tucks underneath the trunk lid.
