May 14-15	Weekend Event	Watkins Glen, NY	The Upstate NY Thunderbird Club "Spring Fever" being held in conjunction with the Syracuse Shelby/Mustang Club which are both chapters of the ITC.  This event is being scheduled to include laps and lunch at the Watkins Glen International Raceway.  The laps will be paced by the WGI Pace Vehicles(s) but this was a really great time when we offered a similar event during the 2002 "Birds In The Glen" ITC Convention and was one of the highlights of the weekend.   This event is OPEN TO ALL THUNDERBIRD Owners and Enthusiasts!

August 16-22, 2004	Convention & show	Lancaster, PA -  Comfort Inn 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster PA 17601 (www.comfortlancaster.com)	The 11th Annual International Thunderbird Club (ITC) Convention. Convention is hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Thunderbird Club Chapter of  the ITC!.  This will be the ultimate "Family" Thunderbird event for  2004, a 7 day event being held in the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch  Country.  You do not need to be a member of the ITC to attend this  event, but "BUT" ITC members receive discounted pricing!    The  Lancaster County Region of PA (padutchcountry.com) has so much to do, it will be hard to press it all into the week long event culminating  with the Thunderbird Concours Show and Flea Market Saturday and the  Awards Banquet on Saturday Night!  More information and Web URL to  events to follow in the near future as events are finalized! e-mail: tbirdtom at comcast.net  or Don Holton Topsdown at stny.rr.com
August 20	Show & cruise	Woodward Dream Cruise Ford World Headquarters, Dearborn,  MI	Cruise the boulevard for the Woodward Dream Cruise or take part in Ford's celebration at the Cruise: Come celebrate the Ford Cruisin' Legends at the Woodward Dream Cruise. For those who want to attend a special early morning presentation at Ford World Headquarters on Friday, August 20 involving the 2005 Mustang and celebrating 50 years of Thunderbird, follow the information in this flier. The event is open to those who register only.
August 21	Show	Woodward Dream Cruise Birmingham, MI	For the first time, Ford will host a Ford Cruisin' Legends Concours -  affording Ford and Lincoln Mercury classic vehicle owners the rare opportunity for their vehicles to receive special recognition from a select panel of judges chaired by Peter Horbury, executive director, North American Design, Ford Motor Company. Award categories include: Chairman's Choice - Best of Show, Children's Choice, Best SVT Vehicle, Best Hot Rod, Best Custom, Best Classic, Best Ford Vehicle, Best Lincoln Mercury Vehicle. For additional information about the contest, send an email to: cruisin@ford.com. The concours will take place on Saturday, August 21 at 11 a.m.
