June 2	day event	Family Ford, 170 York Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania	Friday Evening Thunderbird Cruise-In /  Thunderbird Car Show at Family Ford 170 York Road 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.   This event Co-Hosted by the International Thunderbird Club (ITC) http://www.intl-tbirdclub.com/  and the North American TurboCoupe  Organization (NATO) http://www.turbotbird.com/ and the event is  sponsored by Family Ford of Carlisle who will once again be opening  its lot after the days events during the 2006 ALL Ford Nationals at  Carlisle.  Thunderbird Owners showing vehicles will be provided, hot  dogs, beverages and even a few trophies by family Ford!  What more  could one ask for Free Food, Free Entry, trophies and Thunderbird  owners flocking together!

June 25	day event	Albacore Museum, home of the U.S.S. Albacore submarine. This location is within walking distance of downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and a short trolley ride to the Outlet Malls	New England's Vintage Thunderbird Club will be hosting the 13th annual Thunderama in historic Portsmouth, NH. A Thunderbird Concours with "fun" judging will be held in addition to an All Vehicle Show at the same time.

July 15	day event	On the golf course at Schenley Park, Pittsburgh, PA	.THUNDERBIRD PICNIC -- The Pitt Birds Thunderbird Club Annual Picnic will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2006, starting at 10:00 A.M. in Schenley Park, Pittsburgh.  This picnic will be part of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix weekend of events.  You, your family, and friends are invited to join the picnic on Saturday and Sunday.   Chicken, barbeque sandwiches, soft drinks, plates and utensils will be provided.  If you would like, you may bring a salad, snack, or dessert.  Over 1,200 cars will be on display. The time trials for the vintage races will also occur on Saturday.
July 16	day event	On the golf course at Schenley Park, Pittsburgh, PA	Larry Smith Car Show and Picnic:   This Pitt Birds Thunderbird Club Picnic continues at the same location on Sunday.  Along with the Larry Smith Car Show, seven sanctioned vintage races will occur on Sunday.  We look forward to seeing you at these events.  For additional information, contact Jerry Longstreth at gll1231@msn.com, or www.pvgp.org.
July 16	day event	Dunn Tire, which is located at 2150 Union Road in West Seneca, NY	The Buffalo Thunderbird Club is holding its' 21st Annual All-Thunderbird Show. This facility is easy to reach by taking NY State Thruway to exit # 52A (William Street). Head east 1/4 mile on Williams Street, then turn right (south) onto Union Road. The Dunn Tire facility is approximately 1 to 1.5 miles down on the right. This is a rain or shine event. Vehicles need to be on the show field and ready for judging by 11:45. Judging will be handled by judging teams. (Note this is not a participant judged, nor is it a major club's sanctioned concours judged event, nor is it a drive-by judging event). Judging will be handled by Thunderbird knowledgible teams. This is not a vote for your buddy event. There will be awards plagues in each of 15 classes plus a Best of Show Award. The first 50 registered attendees will get a dash plaque and a goodie bag. Pre-regristration is $7. Registration on Show Day is $10. This Dunn Tire facilty has a paved lot. We'll have DJ music, plus food will be available. We expect to have everything wrapped up in time to get folks on their way by 3:45 PM.

October 14	Day Show	North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina	the 6th annual "Cruise to the Coast" car show in North Myrtle Beach. We began the show in 2001 with a special display of Thunderbirds and several of our wonderful Birds have shown up every year since. This year's event will be held at Barefoot Landing at highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach beginning at 9 a.m. There will be a special parking area for Thunderbirds. Anyone wishing aid in accomodations is welcome to e-mail me. In addition to our special Thunderbirds, we'll have lots of classic and antique automobiles. Trophies, Plaques and prizes will be awarded in several classes.
